This service is for readers of all levels and is meant to help us slow down and reconnect through art. This is not a product or a subscription. To learn more about the project, read the summary at the very bottom of the page.

- THE POETRY PROCESS -

After joining, your year of poetry will begin at the start of the next month and include a special essay titled How to Enjoy Poetry.

Each month's envelope will contain a unique print of a handwritten poem, plus any other supplemental work for that particular month (i.e - essays, visual art, poem analysis, footnotes, etc.) These will only be sent one time.

It's heavily encouraged to share your envelopes with others!

If your year ends and you'd like to continue getting poetry, simply sign up again.

- ORIGINALS -

Originals of each poem are available. If you would like an opportunity to purchase one, please contact me personally for a quote.

- WHAT KIND OF POETRY IS THIS? -

My poetry offers something for everyone. Those with little to no experience with poetry will find it accessible and familiar, as the poems usually cover topics of regular life and rarely take themselves too seriously. However, they will not patronize you, either, and experienced readers will catch exciting uses of contemporary poetic styles and devices. 

- PRICING -

The price simply covers the cost of a year's worth of stamps, basic materials, and a fractional portion of the other fees involved with running this. This is not a subscription and you only need to pay once a year.

- SHIPPING -

Things happen. Addresses get mixed up. USPS forgets about us. Hearts get broken. I hope you won't take any of it personally. What I can do is offer the following information:

• All shipping processing (printing, labeling, enveloping, delivering, etc.) begins at the first of the month to account for all the new people who may have joined at the very end of the previous month. Because of this, expect to receive your envelope at any point within the new month. 
• Some updates on shipping will be given on my Instagram, so follow for the most current information (https://www.instagram.com/robertwdawson/)

If you do not receive a poem within two months: Email me at robert@projectpoetica.com and I will re-send the poems missed (with an updated address if needed).

Due to the nature of this project, any extra deliveries will come at my own cost, and thus I'm only capable of one re-send a month per person.
